Picnic tables in the shade. Great for hanging out, eating, reading or watching. We almost always have a nice breeze that comes through daily.

100’x200’ arena with lights and barns on both sides. Stalls are 12’x12’ with automatic waterers. Stalls on one side have attached runs and stalls on the other side have back doors in addition to aisle doors.

This area is used for jumping and dressage. We can set up a full-sized dressage arena (60m x 20m) here and jumps in the rest of the arena. This includes a small hill behind the trees on the left, that come up next to the runs attached to the west side of the aisle barn.

The center aisle barn has 12’x12’ stalls with automatic waterers. The aisle is 12’ wide with crossties and mats.

The corrals that open from one side of the center aisle barn and 12’x24”. They overlook the jump/dressage arena. The stalls on the other side of this barn all have windows.

The cow pen is a multi-use arena. Usually used for cutting, it’s also a turn out arena.

Two tractors, multiple harrows. Spring-toothed for the cow pen to make it deep enough for cutting. Red Reiner™ harrow for the front, jumpers and dressage arenas. Changed out as we need to. We also have a leveling harrow and a flat pipe drag for smoothing/sealing the arenas before rainstorms. If it doesn’t rain (this is southern California, after all) we’ve got a water truck.
